How to place the order online?

Placing an order on oticamart.com is extremely simple. Please follow following steps for order placement:

  1. Locate your product- by searching or navigating through menu
  2. Click on Add to Cart
  3. Checkout
  4. Register if you have not already. Fill in login details if you are registered

Is it compulsory to register before buying the product?

If product is regulated by Food and Drug department then you need to be registered as doctor or as hospital or as reseller with us, but if product is not regulated you can place an order as a guest.

How to Register for Hospital Savings Program?

Any Doctor/Clinic/Hospital/Pharmacy can register for the Hospital Savings Program. For this please fill up the registration form available below or with the login tab at the top of the page. While registering, please also upload the doctor registration document (for Doctors/Clinic) or Hospital registration document (for Hospital) or Drug License and GST document (for Pharmacy). You can also e-mail your soft copy of document to order@oticamart.com

Once we have the documents we will validate your information to register you in Hospital Savings Program and only then we will be able to process your orders.

What are the advantages of registering for the hospital program?

We have special rates and special promotions for registering for hospital program, moreover if you want to purchase regulated products, we would not be able to fulfil your order unless you have gone through registration process with us.

How much time it takes to get registered in Hospital Savings Program?

If you have provided all the documents correctly then we would be able to register you within 2 working hours. In case documents are not provided correctly we would inform you of the same within two working hours.

Can I place the order by calling the customer care service?

You can place the order by calling our helpline +91-6352703938. Our customer service representative ask for required details and would place an order on behalf. You can make the payments offline or we can send you a weblink to make payments by Credit Card/Debit Card.

What is my password?

Your password can be any combination of alphabets, numerical and special characters. The password length has to be between 8 to 20 characters.

What if I forgot my password?

How can I change my password?

How do I get discount coupons?

Time to time, our partner companies run promotions and if you are registered with us, then you would get the discount coupon details automatically from us via mail/message. In certain cases, these discounts would automatically be applied to your order without any special coupons.

How do I apply discount coupons?

If you have a discount coupon, you use them by going to the shopping cart and entering your discount coupon in the apply coupon field.
