Return Policy
Our return policy is valid for 7 days from the date of delivery.
Returns are accepted only in case of manufacturing defects.
Unfortunately, returns will not be accepted for the following reasons:
- Product not liked
- Product quality not liked
- Wrong size ordered
- Order placed by mistake
To qualify for a return, items must be new, unused, and in their original packaging.
To initiate a return:
- Share photos and videos clearly showing the issue via email or WhatsApp.
- Our team will review and investigate the issue.
- If approved, you will receive an RMA ID and the warehouse address where the item must be returned.
Please ensure that returns are sent only after receiving the RMA approval.
Non-Returnable Items
To maintain product hygiene and ensure every customer receives a sealed, uncontaminated product, the following items are non-returnable:
- Consumable or disposable items
- Personal care or hygiene products
- Medical masks
- Any item marked as non-returnable on the product page
This policy helps us prevent disease transmission and guarantee every customer a brand-new sealed product.

Refund Policy
Once a returned item is received and inspected at our warehouse, we will notify you regarding approval or rejection of your refund request.
If approved, refunds will be issued within 7 business days from the date we receive the product at our warehouse.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during purchase.
Please note:
- Refunds are issued only for approved, unused, or manufacturing defect returns.
- Shipping and payment gateway charges may be deducted as applicable.
