Return Policy

Our return policy is valid for 7 days from the date of delivery.

Returns are accepted only in case of manufacturing defects.

Unfortunately, returns will not be accepted for the following reasons:

  • Product not liked
  • Product quality not liked
  • Wrong size ordered
  • Order placed by mistake

To qualify for a return, items must be new, unused, and in their original packaging.

To initiate a return:

  1. Share photos and videos clearly showing the issue via email or WhatsApp.
  2. Our team will review and investigate the issue.
  3. If approved, you will receive an RMA ID and the warehouse address where the item must be returned.

Please ensure that returns are sent only after receiving the RMA approval.


Non-Returnable Items

To maintain product hygiene and ensure every customer receives a sealed, uncontaminated product, the following items are non-returnable:

  • Consumable or disposable items
  • Personal care or hygiene products
  • Medical masks
  • Any item marked as non-returnable on the product page

This policy helps us prevent disease transmission and guarantee every customer a brand-new sealed product.

Refund Policy

Once a returned item is received and inspected at our warehouse, we will notify you regarding approval or rejection of your refund request.

If approved, refunds will be issued within 7 business days from the date we receive the product at our warehouse.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during purchase.

Please note:

  • Refunds are issued only for approved, unused, or manufacturing defect returns.
  • Shipping and payment gateway charges may be deducted as applicable.
